Training signups are currently available and you will work on real projects that are in development by ShagTone Films. You will probably work on several projects as there are logistical issues with finding talent and locations, building sets and scheduling. You will learn and help with scripting, copywriting, recording narrations, audio editing and production, lighting and shooting video, video transfer and file management, compiling video, exporting audio and video for DVD, DVD authoring and menu creation. We will conclude each class with a viewing of the final product and a brief discussion on Dolby Surround Sound Mastering.

Classes are 11am to 2pm and 6-9pm Monday through Friday and take place at various locations througout Atlanta. There are 10 courses broken up into 1, 2 and 3 session classes. You can take the courses in any order, and each is offered 3 times each month. If you complete all 10 courses, you will receive certification in DVD Authoring and Video Production from the Intellectual Property Registry's Media and Communications Board. Completing any of the courses will earn you Certificate of Acheivement from the same Board. Completing all of the courses will earn you board certification for DVD Authoring and Video Production.
